The Role
Are you ready to make your mark in one of the most exciting regions in the world? As Field Marketing Manager for the BNL market, you'll join a fast-growing, genuinely international team where your ideas travel fast, your impact is visible, and no two days look the same. This is a rare opportunity to scale field marketing in a high-growth market, working alongside passionate colleagues across APJ and Europe.
You'll be responsible for the strategic development and execution of field marketing strategies to drive regional growth and amplify partner marketing programs across the Netherlands and Belgium. This role involves close collaboration with sales, central marketing teams, product, and partner marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
What you'll do
- Stakeholder Management: Manage planning and relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on program progress and results. Experience working with sales teams is essential — strong alignment is crucial.
- Event Management: Plan and execute regional events, trade shows, and webinars to drive engagement and lead generation. B2B (SaaS) and events/tradeshow organisation experience is crucial.
- Campaign Execution: Execute, and optimise regional marketing campaigns, events, and programs to drive demand generation and revenue growth. Comfortable using generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar) to accelerate campaign content creation, localise messaging at scale, and streamline reporting workflows.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for regional marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and budget adherence.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of field and partner marketing initiatives.
- ABM Marketing: Experience working with sales teams to support rollout of ABM program regionally.
- Support Partner Programs: Amplify partner marketing programs in the region by providing partners with the necessary resources, training, and support. Work closely with regional partners on joint marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns
- Market Analysis: Conduct analysis to identify opportunities to review campaign performance, addressable market, and competitive landscape.
What you bring to the table
- 3-4 years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in field marketing for B2B SaaS companies (SaaS) background is essential, events/tradeshow experience also crucial.
- Proven experience in field and partner marketing, with strong operational expertise.
- Robust experience in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot's AI content assistant and predictive lead scoring, Lightdash, Salesforce, and Gong's AI conversation intelligence.
- Proven track record of success in partnering with Sales for shared goals.
