Your Contribution to the Adventure

We are growing fast in Europe, which means our product portfolio is constantly evolving. As our new Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will become the ultimate bridge between Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. You are the strategic individual contributor who doesn't just dream up go-to-market plans but actually brings them to life.

You translate strategy into action. No vague frameworks here—just rock-solid positioning grounded in real customer evidence, GTM strategies that make an impact before launch, and sales enablement tools our commercial team will actually use to win.

In short: You get real ownership, a direct line to commercial strategy, and the chance to shape how a scaling European SaaS company goes to market. No bureaucracy. Output over activity.

What will you roll up your sleeves for?

• Positioning & Messaging: You will craft the perfect narrative per segment, persona, and market for general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers across NL, BE, DE, and DK.
• End-to-End GTM: You will take the lead on the go-to-market execution for brand-new product releases and feature launches.
• Battlecards & Intelligence: You will dive deep into the competition, translating competitive intelligence into immediately actionable sales and positioning tactics.
• Enablement: You will optimize both internal journeys (for Sales & CS) and external, self-guided buyer journeys for our prospects.
• Data & Adoption: You will steer on results, tracking and reporting on marketing-driven metrics related to feature adoption and retention.
• European Growth: You will ensure flawless regional GTM alignment with our local teams across Europe to accelerate our expansion.

We have been around for almost twenty years and we are still growing. Our team now consists of more than 90 colleagues, working together from two offices and various home offices throughout Europe. A large part of the construction world in the Benelux, Germany and Denmark already works on our platform and uses our software on a daily basis. And we have the ambition to conquer the whole of Europe!

What We Expect from You

• The Experience: You have 5 to 7 years of pure B2B SaaS Product Marketing experience under your belt.
• GTM Track Record: You have a proven track record of successfully leading go-to-market plans for international product launches.
• Customer-Centric Focus: Your strong positioning and messaging skills are always built on solid customer research and win/loss analyses.
• Smart Working: You are a modern marketer who actively uses AI tooling to accelerate research, asset creation, and GTM workflows.
• Natural Leader: You excel at cross-functional collaboration and effortlessly bring people along, even without formal hierarchy.
• Language Skills: You speak and write fluent English. Speaking a good word of Dutch and/or German is a strong asset.
• Any experience in the construction industry, procurement or tendering software, or launching into new European markets (such as DE, BE, or the Nordics) is a plus.

What We Offer You

• A starting salary between €5,400 and €6,300 gross per month (based on a senior job level).
