The Role

As our Corporate Services Associate , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring corporate compliance while growing alongside the company. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Corporate Compliance: Work with the corporate secretarial team to execute end-to-end duties, including rigorous KYC/AML due diligence, statutory filings via the ACRA BizFile system, and the drafting of standard board resolutions.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Liaise directly with accountants, auditors, and tax agents to ensure that critical data (such as declared salaries from work passes) is seamlessly integrated and cross-referenced to ensure absolute firm-wide compliance.
• Immigration Services: Work towards becoming CEI certified to assist with the end-to-end processing, submission, and tracking of Employment Pass (EP), Dependant Pass (DP) and other work pass applications via the MOM portal.
• Operational Execution: Manage the complete commercial lifecycle of making digital and physical company stamps, including inbound sales processing, accurate invoicing, and flawless production. Maintain and optimise internal client databases, such as the Knoon.ai Masterlist.
• Networking & Business Development: Represent the company in a designated BNI Chapter to systematically develop strategic networks and B2B referral pipelines, while assisting leadership at other high-value networking events and seminars.
