Crewing Manager

About the Role

You'll be responsible for end-to-end crewing operations for a fleet of offshore support vessels chartered primarily by Saudi Aramco. This is a hands-on management role requiring strong coordination, compliance, and communication skills.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing full-cycle crew planning, mobilization, and rotation for offshore vessels
• Ensuring compliance with Aramco standards, STCW, and MLC 2006 requirements
• Liaising with vessel masters, clients, flag state authorities, and crewing agencies
• Handling crew certification, visa processing, travel logistics, and documentation
• Managing crewing budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Maintaining crew databases and preparing operational reports

What We're Looking For :

Minimum 8–10 years in offshore vessel crewing management

Direct experience with Aramco-chartered vessels or similar NOC clients

Strong knowledge of STCW, MLC 2006, and maritime regulatory compliance

Proven ability to manage crew changes across multiple vessels simultaneously

Excellent English communication skills written and spoken

Bachelor's degree in Maritime, Marine Transportation, or related field

Based in or willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia

Good to have

DNV or equivalent crewing management certification

Experience with Aramco MOMS timesheet system

Prior experience in the GCC maritime sector

Arabic language skills
