Roles and Responsibilities-

· Control and Manage the Project of all phase’s interns of project planning, scheduling, Monitoring, Reporting, Change Management & Control etc.

· Schedule Management.

· Cost Management

· Change Management

· Key Resource Management.

· Scope / Change management.

· Proposal Management (Bidding Decision and Costing Management) Strategic Planning.

· He should be capable of interface with all internal departments heads and assembling timeline project execution program.

· Ensuring the Project controls team produce weekly / monthly reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances.

· Ensure that project controls processes are consistently applied across the project.

· Manage governance to ensure robust cost and schedule performance for the agreed Scope of Work across integrated programs managed across multiple suppliers.

· He shall be familiar with National and International standards, and Saudi Aramco Standards.

· Working knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up / set up work processes.
