About the Role

To support the expansion of our team and services, we are looking for new employees. Become part of our specialized team and experience firsthand how new technologies in the field of aseptic manufacturing are developed, engineered, and qualified.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage qualification activities for various major pharmaceutical companies and ensure GMP-compliant and technically sound qualification processes.
  • Prepare and review equipment documentation, procedures, and lifecycle documentation.
  • Develop overarching qualification documents and strategies.
  • Perform installation and functional testing in collaboration with our customers and equipment suppliers on state-of-the-art systems.
  • Implement and integrate a paperless qualification system together with our software partner.
  • Analyze paper-based processes and develop concepts, document templates, and documentation packages for paperless workflows using cloud-based software solutions.
  • Prepare Process Mapping Documents (PMDs), training materials, conduct training sessions, and provide support regarding questions and change requests.
  • Support quality assurance activities and serve as a contact person for QA, Production, and Engineering departments regarding production and infrastructure systems.

Your Profile

  • Technical education or a completed university degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry under GMP manufacturing conditions is an advantage.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and working style.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude.
