Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially driven professional to lead both enterprise sales and strategic partner development initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, developing channel partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires close collaboration with customers, business partners, pre-sales consultants, and engineering teams to deliver effective sustainability and energy management solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both business and technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial buildings, industrial facilities, warehouses, offices, campuses, and data centres
- Understand customer sustainability objectives and recommend suitable solutions from the ENX Sustainability Suite
- Manage the complete sales process, from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and senior management stakeholders
- Drive revenue growth through both direct sales efforts and partner-generated opportunities
Proposal & Tender Management
- Participate in project briefings, tender meetings, and site assessments
- Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to develop solution designs, project scopes, functional specifications, and cost proposals
- Ensure project requirements are accurately translated into customer-focused proposals
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely and high-quality tender submissions
Customer & Industry Engagement
- Build strong relationships with consultants, facility management teams, contractors, and procurement stakeholders
- Engage project stakeholders to identify business opportunities and influence project specifications
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to strengthen market positioning and increase project win rates
Partner Development & Channel Management
- Identify, evaluate, recruit, and onboard strategic business partners
- Develop and implement joint business plans, co-selling initiatives, and market expansion strategies
- Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms
- Drive partner enablement through training, sales support, and business development activities
Partner Performance Management
- Maintain strong relationships with partner organizations at both operational and executive levels
- Conduct regular performance reviews and business planning sessions
- Monitor sales pipeline, revenue contribution, and overall partnership effectiveness
- Identify opportunities to strengthen partner engagement and maximize growth potential
Reporting & Business Performance
- Establish performance metrics and monitor business results against targets
- Track sales pipeline development, conversion rates, partner contributions, and return on investment
- Prepare regular management reports and business forecasts
