Role Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Global Treasury Manager to oversee crypto and fiat treasury operations across multiple global entities. You will manage daily liquidity, execute cross-border transactions, optimize risk and treasury strategies, and support critical financial functions in a fast-moving, tech-savvy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day cash flow operations across fiat and crypto holdings, aligned with corporate and tax structure guidelines.
• Manage end-to-end payment processes across entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and local regulations, including multi-currency payments, FX, bridges, exchanges, and swaps.
• Maintain accurate and timely treasury reporting, including weekly balance and movement of transaction updates and post accounting ERP entries
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Maintain and nurture banking relationships; assist with opening and onboarding of bank accounts and custodial services as needed.
• Collaborate with on-ramp/off-ramp vendors and payment gateway providers to support seamless fiat-crypto settlements and payments.
• Identify, monitor, and manage FX risk and over-the-counter (OTC) exposures; implement hedging strategies where appropriate.
• Conduct due diligence on fund movements, investments, and strategic initiatives in coordination with the Finance team.
• Manage multi-signature wallets, including setup, access control, and operational security risk mitigation.
• Provide support to cross-functional teams on cash flow optimization, treasury workflows, and ad hoc requests.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands-on treasury experience including fiat and crypto.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) with excellent communication
• Strong knowledge of blockchain-based finance, crypto assets, and multi-signature wallet tools (e.g., Safe).
• Demonstrated ability to execute transactions across both fiat and crypto platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally distributed team

Pay: Up to $5,000.00 per month
