Primary Purpose:

As part of the Tapestry, Inc. Global Total Rewards team, this position will assist in design, deliver and ensure administration management of Compensation & Benefits solutions and Mobility programs that attract, retain, and engage a talented workforce for our brands in Asia.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in annual Compensation & Benefits surveys, monitor market trends in compensation & Benefits, conduct pay analysis - and review internal pay ranges and other pay components to ensure Tapestry remains competitive.
  • Develop proposals and pay recommendations for complicated cases in line with procedures and guidelines. This includes mobility options and analysis.
  • Manage Asia Mobility program, including offer proposal, coordination with HRBP, tax consulting firm for employee’s tax compliance, mobility vendors and support employee inquiries.
  • Participate in annual insurance and flexible benefits renewal process for Asia markets.
  • Manage Compensation & Benefits vendors, including mobility service vendors, income tax vendor, pension administrator, benefits & wellness vendors and other vendors who provide C&B related service to Tapestry.
  • Manages Annual Compensation Review process as project team member. Internal expert on the process and aligns while ensuring leaders are prepared for performance reviews, bonus payouts, communications, and total compensation statements.
  • Support Equity program administration, manage equity income statement submission to meet local tax requirements.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of benefits programs and recommends enhancements / update rewards related policies. Other regional projects related to rewards.

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (2-3 years rewards, finance, or HR).
  • Ability to communicate with English speaking stakeholders effectively.
  • Embrace diversity and appreciate the culture differences.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong customer service and client focus with outstanding judgment.
  • Expert skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI will be an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and critical thinking ability.
  • Candidate with Mobility background and knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Great attitude with motivation to learn.

  • Delivers compensation and human capital solutions for complex problems by taking a new perspective; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
