Sales Manager / Sales Executive

Job Description:

• Manage and develop relationships with distributors in Hong Kong and Macau
• Propose new products to distributors
• Develop sales strategies for the market
• Conduct price negotiations
• Monitor sales performance
• Collect and analyze market information
• Strengthen partnerships with existing distributors

Job Requirements:

• 8 to 10 years of experience in FMCG (Food industry)
• Cantonese language ability is mandatory to communicate with clients in Macau / Hong Kong
• Self-driven and proactive
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Able to manage distributors independently
• Comfortable working in an autonomous environment
• Willing to travel to Hong Kong and Macau, approximately once per month (around one week per trip)
