Job Description:

• Responsible to the end-to-end process of client projects, including overall accountability for specific modules in large-scale engagements.
• Work closely with clients to deepen understanding of competitive dynamics and develop strategies.
• Lead large-scale client projects with full delivery accountability.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Build long-term relationships with client C-suite and decision-makers.
• Establish and codify practice areas; build thought leadership
• Contribute directly to firm management, including hiring, talent development, strategic planning.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Develop and elevate team capability across the organization.
• Other ad hoc projects/duties as assigned by the company.

Job Requirements:

• MBA or equivalent Master’s Degree (Top tier universities are highly welcome).
• At least 7 years of experience in strategy/management consulting, investment banking, Private Equity/VC Funds, audit, law, or related fields.
• Minimum Manager level or above (highly preferably with experience in Big4) with internal promotion track record, or at least 5 years of experience in the professional strategy and management consultancy firm.
• Proficiency in English and a Native-level proficiency in any of the Asian language (Japanese, Mandarin, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, etc.) to liaise with local corporate clients and stakeholders.
• Capability of C-suite/board-level advisory and executive presence.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining high-performing teams.

Compensation:

• Work locations: Singapore/Malaysia/Indonesia/Philippines/Thailand/Vietnam
• High flexibility of working location (can be hybrid and/or remotely)

- Working hours: Monday - Friday at 9:00 - 18:00 (Local time)
