Business Development Executive (B2B) (4OOIwa)

About the Roles

We are seeking a Business Development Executive (B2B) to join a wholesale trade organization based in Tai Seng, conveniently located within an 8-minute walk from the MRT. This is a 1-year renewable contract role with a standard Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM schedule, offering a competitive package that includes basic salary, variable bonus, insurance coverage, and transport reimbursement—ideal for individuals seeking both stability and growth opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective clients through cold outreach, email proposals, and face-to-face meetings.
• Build strong connections with key stakeholders involved in purchasing decisions to drive business growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address operational challenges and ensure a seamless sales process.
• Support day-to-day sales activities and carry out additional tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with clear thinking and a positive mindset.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented, capable of independently growing accounts and securing new business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create and deliver presentations.
• Willingness to travel locally or overseas when necessary.
• Prior experience or established contacts with OEM/EMS/CEM companies and product owners will be an advantage.
