Revenue Operations Specialist- Amsterdam

We’re currently looking for a curious and proactive Revenue Operations Specialist to join ABAX and help shape a growing RevOps function with real business impact!

In this role, you will support around 90 colleagues across our commercial organisation, partnering with teams in Sales, Marketing, Support, Logistics, and Finance to improve processes, optimise CRM operations, and ensure high-quality data and workflows across the business. You’ll play a key role in helping our commercial teams work smarter and more efficiently while contributing to the future development of the RevOps function.

What you will do:

• Support and optimise core Revenue Operations processes across the customer journey
• Manage CRM operations (HubSpot), data quality and hygiene, workflows, and automation support
• Identify process inefficiencies, data gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent data usage and operational alignment
• Support on any queries from internal stakeholders regarding reporting, data interpretation, and process guidance
• Document processes, maintain operational standards, and support user adoption and training

What We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role
• Experience working with CRM platforms, workflows and best practices. We are currently using HubSpot, but we are intrigued to hear from anyone with experience working with CRM
• Experience using Excel or Google Sheets; basic SQL knowledge is considered a plus
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, whilst documenting workflows
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Fluency in English is needed to be successful in this role
