Our patient alignment and QA products for radiotherapy enable healthcare providers to accuratly position their patients and perform precision QA and saftety measurements for their treatment delivery and imaging equipment.

Die Stelle:
- Provide pre-installation support, on-site installation and commissioning of laser and SGRT systems for BU Healthcare
- Perform on-site hands-on troubleshooting, service, and repairs
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, establishing preventive maintenance schedules with customers and/or agents
- Provide high level on-site and remote technical support to customers
- Provide on-site operator and maintenance training
- Going through Final Acceptance Test procedures
- Interact with internal and external project managers during field projects
- Provide after sales support to customers and/or agents, including preparation of spare parts quotations
- Act as a coordinator on new projects
- Position has minimum 40% travel Anforderungsprofil:
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, preferably in Biomedical or Mechanical discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in servicing of high-tech equipment or in service field
- Must possess a strong safety mindset to assure the work completed reflects the technical requirements within industry safety standards
- Directly involved in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems and equipment
- Able to understand electrical schematic diagrams
- Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to interact confidently with customers and be able to provide training on equipment and products
- Fluent in written and spoken English

- Ability to interface with all levels of employees and business partners in a professional manner
