Netherlands Digital & IT Luxembourg On-site TMC Luxembourg is looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst (M/F) for one of its clients.

As part of the evolution of a suite of business applications, we are looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst profile capable of managing and coordinating multiple digital tools dedicated to the management and processing of operational events. Your main mission will be to lead a strategic application transformation project aimed at improving the usability, performance, and compliance of these tools in the context of evolving regulations. You will be responsible for the complete project management, focusing on the alignment between business needs and functional and regulatory requirements. You will be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, from the scoping phase to production deployment and closure. In this role, you will be responsible for the collection, analysis, and prioritization of business needs and their translation into clear and actionable functional requirements. You will also establish and facilitate the project governance (COPROJ, COPIL, business committees), ensuring effective coordination between various business and IT stakeholders. You will oversee project resources and be responsible for tracking timelines, costs, quality, and risks. Finally, you will support the phases of testing (UAT), production deployment, as well as change management, with a constant focus on the continuous improvement of tools.

What we expect from you

  • Minimum 5 years of recent and significant experience in project management (Project Manager or similar role)
  • Proven experience in gathering and formalizing business needs and translating them into functional requirements
  • Strong experience in project steering (planning, costs, risks, quality) and stakeholder management
  • Proven experience in project governance facilitation (COPROJ, COPIL) and coordinating multiple parties
  • Participation in at least one project for the development or evolution of business applications
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings, structure discussions, and support decision-making
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations
  • Autonomy, sense of responsibility, decision-making, results orientation, and attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset and strong documentation skills
  • Ability to bring people together and support change
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in French and English (German and Luxembourgish are advantageous)
  • Experience in a regulatory or normative context is a plus
