Job description
LAP Laser Applications Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., a member of the LAP Group with over 300 employees worldwide, is a company driven to improve the lives of those who fight cancer. Our patient alignment and QA products for radiotherapy enable healthcare providers to accuratly position their patients and perform precision QA and saftety measurements for their treatment delivery and imaging equipment.

Die Stelle:
- Responsible for revenue, sales and market development in the APAC region
- Develop the regional sales strategy through a deep understanding of industry and customer requirements, market trends and competitor activity
- Employs effective sales and marketing strategies to meet sales plan and achieve specified objectives
- Manage direct and indirect sales channels
- Negotiate sales contracts
- Supports LAP sales processes: Maintains accurate and up-to-date CRM data
- Tracks goals aligned with business objectives
- Represent the company and products at customers, trade shows and events
- Position has minimum 20% travel Anforderungsprofil:
Qualifications
- Degree in business, medical or engineering related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in medical sales industry channel management or 5 years clinical experience as Radiation Therapist or Dosimetrist
- Ideally successful sales or sales related experience
- Proven problem-solving skills
- The ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook; CRM System, ERP System
Soft Skills
- Good communication skills o Flexibility with good positive attitude
- Excellent negotiation, persuasiveness and good sales skills
- Strong customer service skills and has the ability to interact confidently with customers and be able to provide training on equipment and products
- Highly motivated and organized; capable of working independently
- Ability to handle difficult situations with calm and discretion
- Ability to interface with all levels of employees and business partners in a professional manner
- A good and supportive team player for the organization
