Goals and Objectives

Work alongside the respective city and centre teams strive to achieve our mission of facilitating the growth of ambitious businesses through high-end service, seamlessly operated workspaces, unparalleled insights from a global member network and experiences that elevate corporate culture to achieve the following:

Community Engagement, Member Satisfaction & Event Management

  • Communicate and work closely with local teams and members to ensure the highest level of member satisfaction.

  • Develop community initiatives designed to create connections between members, including member introductions, overseeing in-person events and online events.

  • Brainstorm, propose, organize and host events for Members and ensuring there is a good balance of business, educational, social, lifestyle, Member appreciation and other types of events as outlined

  • Coordinating end-to-end event logistics, including vendors, venue bookings, and promotions

  • Gather post-event feedback to measure success and improve future initiatives

  • Proactively interact with Members and upsell TEC services such as hosting, event management, etc.

  • Proactively promoting exclusive Member Benefits and programs

  • Address Member enquiries or concerns related to Community with a hospitable and service-oriented approach

  • Gain more perks for Member Benefits by collaborating with brand partnerships and ensuring the value-added aspects to our Members, and identify more local partners to elevate Member Benefits quality.

  • Work with cross-functional teams locally and globally on Community initiatives Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain records of event attendance, member feedback through internal system

  • Assist in tracking community-related KPIs (e.g., satisfaction scores, retention rates) and prepare reports for reporting manager

  • Maintain records of photos, videos and other key visuals through internal system Online Engagement & Social Media

  • Design and implement guidelines and best practices for both online and offline communities to optimize member experience. Exercise discretion in guiding prospective members, including possibly gatekeeping where business may not be in the interests of the greater community.

  • Moderate and facilitate internal Community online forum by posting relevant TEC, member-related and industry content, participating in conversations with forum members, and managing negative comments/complaints in a respectful manner that reflects the TEC value system.

  • Manage the local posting of Community by submitting content such as photos and videos to Marketing team, and it will be shared regularly on TEC channels based on guidelines Membership & Collaboration with Members and Non-Members

  • Expand TEC Community by acquiring Corporate Members and Access/Individual Pass

  • Explain TEC policies and procedures to Members, including but not limited to: membership and collaboration agreement, and billing procedures at initial Community welcome check-in process.

  • Proactively engage members to discover and discuss members’ objectives, i.e. using member service request
