Estimation Manager - FM

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Estimation Manager specialized in Facility Management (FM) to support high-profile projects across Saudi Arabia.

What You’ll Do:

• Review and analyze client RFPs, scope of work, technical specifications, safety, and quality requirements.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for FM contracts, including hard services, soft services, IFM, and O&M projects.
• Lead competitive bid submissions for government, corporate, and mega-project FM tenders.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to align estimates with execution strategies.
• Develop smart pricing strategies to increase win rates while ensuring profitability.
• Review BOQs, contracts, and subcontractor quotations for accuracy and competitiveness.
• Evaluate labor, material, equipment, and lifecycle costs against industry benchmarks in Saudi Arabia.
• Supervise and mentor a team of estimators while coordinating with operations, finance, and legal teams.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to clarify technical and commercial requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MEP, Civil, Industrial) or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in FM/O&M estimation, with at least 7 years in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
• Proven success in bidding for major players in KSA
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi FM market, labor (Saudization), and market index.
• Familiarity with CAFM, BMS, CMMS, and digital FM technologies.
• Fluency in English, Arabic would be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼30,000.00 - ﷼40,000.00 per month
