Power Platform Lead Developer

For a high-tech organization in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Senior Power Platform Lead Developer who combines strong technical expertise with ownership, communication skills and a proactive mindset.

You will work on scalable and business-critical solutions used across multiple departments, contributing not only to development, but also to architecture, governance and platform maturity.

What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions
• Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions
• Collaborate with architects, product owners and stakeholders
• Drive best practices around governance, security and maintainability
• Improve DevOps and CI/CD ways of working
• Coach and support other developers within the team

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong experience with:
• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
• Power Automate
• Dataverse
• Experience with Power Pages or external-facing solutions
• Experience within enterprise environments
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs and connectors
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to take technical ownership and drive solutions independently

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID
• Experience with governance and security frameworks
• Experience in international organizations
