Logistics Administrator

Position available: One

Reports to: Procurement & Logistics Manager

Job Description: This is a full-time position

The Logistics Administrator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the smooth flow of goods and materials within the supply chain. This role ensures accurate tracking, timely documentation, and efficient communication between suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams, helping the organization maintain operational efficiency and meet delivery commitments.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Coordinate and oversee end-to-end logistics operations, from procurement to final product delivery
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with logistics service providers to ensure cost-effective and timely services
  • Implement and enhance logistics procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Direct and follow-up with incoming materials and outgoing logistic arrangements to ensure prompt delivery to end-users
  • Work with and monitor the effects of partners in the supply chain to ensure smooth operations
  • Responsible for the operation of appropriate and accurate reports for department head

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • With experience work under logistics will be an advantage
  • Computer literate preferably has knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Meticulous, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Teamwork spirit
  • Entry Level are welcome
