🎯 Required Skills & Experience

✔ 10+ years of overall IT industry experience

✔ 6–8+ years of hands-on Java development experience (Java 8 or later)

✔ Strong expertise in:

• Java/J2EE
• Spring Framework
• Spring Boot
• REST APIs
• JSON
• Microservices Architecture

✔ Experience with Front-End technologies:

• JavaScript or React JS or Angular

✔ Strong understanding of Microservices design patterns and architecture

✔ Experience with Git, Bitbucket, or Azure Repos

✔ Experience deploying applications in Azure Cloud

✔ Hands-on experience with:

• Kafka
• RabbitMQ
• JMS

✔ Experience implementing OAuth and JWT security frameworks

✔ Strong Agile/Scrum experience

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Ability to lead teams and deliver within SLA commitments

✅ Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications and APIs

✅ Transform legacy monolithic applications into scalable microservices architectures

✅ Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Java 8+

✅ Implement OAuth/JWT-based authentication and authorization solutions

✅ Develop and deploy applications on Microsoft Azure

✅ Integrate messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, and JMS

✅ Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical decision-making

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions

✅ Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices
