Part Time Retail Associate

Charmed to meet you! CHASEYCHARM is a Singapore-based Crystal Customisation & Experience Studio, offering personalised bracelet-making sessions and meaningful gifting experiences. As we expand into a new retail space, we’re looking for passionate individuals to grow with us.

Only Singapore-based applicants will be considered. We are unable to hire or sponsor foreign candidates at this time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and personalised service to customers
• Share product knowledge and passion for crystals and styling
• Assist customers with styling, gifting, and customisation enquiries
• Handle sales transactions, POS operations, and daily cash handling
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness
• Support stock receiving, tagging, and inventory checks
• Assist with store opening/closing duties

We are looking for individuals

• Friendly, approachable, and loves engaging with people
• Retail or customer service experience is a bonus (but not required – we’ll train you!)
• Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining product stories
• Passionate about crystals, fashion, and self-expression
• Well-groomed, responsible, and punctual
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
