Job description

Key Account Manager

Location: Singapore

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage enterprise client relationships to achieve business growth targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable products and business solutions.
  • Lead commercial discussions, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Coordinate with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to support business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or key account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and manage client accounts.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strong teamwork and execution capabilities.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise services, financial services, technology, or internet-related industries.
  • Existing enterprise client networks are preferred.
  • Regional business development experience is a plus.

Competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonus + Sales Commission
