The Role & Scope

99Dokan Commercial is currently scaling its digital merchant infrastructure across Saudi Arabia. We are looking for an executive-level commercial specialist to lead our online procurement division from our central office on Olaya Street. This position oversees the entire commercial lifecycles of our online inventory, focusing directly on vendor contract negotiations, margin integrity, and bulk supply agreements.

Key Objectives

• Oversee commercial category strategies to maximize platform profit margins.
• Establish direct commercial relationships with top-tier product distributors and manufacturers.
• Manage high-volume purchasing agreements, balancing volume discounts with payment terms.
• Use historical sales data and forecasting trends to keep inventory lean but fully stocked.
• Work directly with commercial compliance to ensure all supply networks follow local trading laws.

Experience & Skills Needed

We require a solid background in high-volume retail or digital commercial supply management, with clear experience handling complex supplier terms. The right candidate must possess strong analytical financial skills for cost-of-goods-sold calculation and be fully prepared for daily operations on-site at our Riyadh corporate headquarters. Excellent written and spoken English is necessary for executive reporting.

Operational Focus Areas

• Machinery Oversight: Coordinating preventive maintenance and workshop workflows to limit downtime.
• Cost Controls: Tracking fuel metrics, parts inventory spending, and workshop labor efficiency.
• Regulatory Compliance: Auditing machinery documentation and operator safety standards against municipal requirements.
• Supplier Partnerships: Dealing directly with parts vendors and machinery dealerships for optimal servicing rates.
• Performance Analysis: Generating technical reports using asset tracking software to monitor machinery run-hours.
