📍 Geneva, Switzerland | 🌍 International Environment | 📅 Long-term Assignment

We are currently supporting a leading international organization in the search for a Coordinator to support strategic initiatives, operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support strategic projects and operational priorities across multiple teams.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables and stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to data collection, reporting and analytical activities to support evidence-based decision making.
  • Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings, events and executive-level documentation.
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Support sustainability and risk management initiatives.
  • Maintain records, documentation and knowledge repositories.

Profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, operations or executive support roles.
  • Experience working in international organizations or multinational environments.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with exposure to reporting, KPIs or dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and coordination capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English required. French is a strong asset.
