The Role
You will lead and develop our engineering organization, helping teams operate with greater clarity, accountability, and effectiveness.
Your mission is to ensure Engineering runs reliably today while building the foundation for future growth. You will help the team deliver predictably, raise quality and ownership, and connect engineering decisions closely to customer and business needs.
You will work closely with Product, Machine Learning, Clinical and QA/Regulatory teams.
What You'll Do
Build and strengthen the engineering team
- Lead, coach, and develop engineers
- Create a culture of accountability, trust, and continuous improvement
- Help attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent
Create structure and clarity
- Establish clear ownership, responsibilities, and ways of working
- Improve planning, prioritization, and execution
- Help teams focus on the highest-impact work
Build a reliable engineering organization
- Increase predictability and transparency of delivery
- Ensure issues and risks are surfaced early
- Create an environment where teams consistently deliver high-quality outcomes
Develop people and future leaders
- Provide coaching, feedback, and career development
- Support individual growth and leadership development
- Raise the overall capability of the engineering organization
Strengthen cross-functional collaboration
- Improve alignment between Engineering, Product, Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams
- Remove organizational friction and communication gaps
- Help engineering stay closely connected to customer and business needs

- Experience leading and developing software engineering teams
