Joining our team means you’re architecting how organizations run in the AI era. Your role helps turn AI into high-value, specific solutions for our 250,000+ customers including 60% of the Fortune 500. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and strategic consultant, supported by a strong GTM engine with over $1B in ARR and using our foundational platform and advanced agents to solve complex business problems at scale. You’ll empower the world’s largest brands to automate and scale their impact end-to-end.

**The Mission**

We are looking for a Mid-Market Territory Account Executive to spearhead our expansion into the Benelux region from our new remote hub in Amsterdam. This isn't a "business as usual" sales role. As the first dedicated hire in-region, you will serve as the face of monday.com for clients across the region and help build our local presence.

About The Role:

Owner, Builder, Closer

  • This is a high-carry, high-agency position. You own your territory. You own your numbers. You own the outcomes.

    • **Build the Region:** Act as a "market founder." Identify expansion and new business signals while navigating the nuances of the Benelux business landscape to build a sustainable, high-growth pipeline.
    • Full-Stack Sales: Own the entire lifecycle from hunting upsell and cross-sell opportunities to navigating complex legal redlines.
    • Engineer ROI: Move beyond "features." You will deeply master the monday.com AI Work Platform to architect solutions that solve business problems and deliver undeniable ROI to C-suite stakeholders.
    • Cultivate Local Champions: Build high-trust, multi-level relationships that turn customers into long-term advocates.
    • Drive the Feedback Loop: As a Founding AE in-region, you are our eyes and ears. You’ll synthesize market feedback to help us adapt our product and messaging for regional dominance.

    Requirments:

    • **Founding DNA:** You are a self-starter with "high agency." You don't wait for instructions; you find the friction and fix it. You thrive in the ambiguity of a "startup within a scale-up."

    • 3+ Years of SaaS Excellence: You’ve carried a quota at a high-growth SaaS company and have the scars (and wins) to prove it.

    • Regional Native: Based in the Amsterdam area, you understand the cultural "click" required to close deals in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

    • Bilingual Command: Native or professional-level Dutch and English are non-negotiable. You can lead a boardroom in Amsterdam and a strategy session with HQ in Tel Aviv with equal fluency.

    • Contract Athlete: You are comfortable in the trenches of procurement and legal. You know how to push a deal across the line without compromising integrity or speed.

    • Zero Ego: You’ll do whatever it takes to win, from high-level strategic presentations to the granular admin work required to keep your territory organized.What monday.com can offer you:
