• Prepare concept, detailed design, and construction drawings for landscape projects.
• Develop shop drawings for hardscape and softscape works, including setting-out plans, levels, and coordinates.
• Prepare longitudinal sections, grading plans, quantity layouts, and detailed irrigation drawings.
• Produce irrigation layouts including mainline networks, sprinkler systems, drip irrigation systems, and associated details.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and design requirements.

Swimming Pools & Water Features

• Prepare detailed swimming pool drawings, including layouts, sections, levels, finishes, and construction details.
• Develop structural coordination drawings for swimming pools and related components.
• Draft technical drawings for water features such as fountains, waterfalls, ponds, streams, and decorative water elements.
• Coordinate pool and water feature drawings with MEP systems, including pumps, filtration systems, drainage, lighting, and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with local authority requirements and industry standards related to swimming pools and water features.

Technical & Authority Drawings

• Prepare as-built drawings for project completion and handover documentation.
• Develop NOC drawings and submission drawings required for authority approvals, including asphalt removal and utility coordination.
• Produce detailed drawings for landscape structures, specialized features, and site elements.
• Support project documentation requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordination & Revisions

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, project managers, and site teams regarding design and drawing requirements.
• Revise and update drawings based on design modifications, consultant comments, and site conditions.
• Assist in the development of decorative landscape details and design enhancements.
• Ensure drawing accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.

Project & Proposal Support

• Prepare proposal drawings, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, and presentation layouts.
• Assist in developing pre-concept and concept designs for landscape, swimming pool, and water feature projects.
• Support tender and proposal submissions with technical drawings and design documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of all drawings in accordance with project schedules and deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Landscape Draughtsman in landscaping projects.
• Strong experience in landscaping, swimming pools, and water features is mandatory.
• Good understanding of structural, architectural, and MEP coordination requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software.
• Ability to interpret client requirements and convert them into accurate technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods, materials, and detailing.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
