What you will do:

Product Quality Monitoring and Investigation

• Monitor product quality dashboards and key performance metrics on a daily basis to identify products that do not meet Tiqets quality standards.
• Analyse anomalies and negative trends across relevant customer and distributor metrics, including contact rate, refund rate, NPS, and review ratings.
• Investigate identified quality issues to understand their root causes, using available data and additional research where required.
• Assess the severity and impact of product quality issues and determine the appropriate follow-up actions.
• Track identified issues and improvement actions to ensure product quality returns to the required standard.
• Perform targeted product quality checks and audits when data or other signals indicate a potential quality issue.

Cross-functional Quality Improvement

• Trigger and coordinate the appropriate actions with relevant teams and stakeholders
• Clearly communicate identified quality issues, supporting evidence, root causes and recommended actions to relevant stakeholders.
• Escalate significant, recurring or unresolved product quality issues through the appropriate channels.

Reporting, Insights and Continuous Improvement

• Provide regular insights on product quality performance, recurring issues and emerging trends from both the customer and distributor perspective.
• Use data-driven analysis to support prioritisation and decision-making on product quality improvements.
• Identify recurring patterns and opportunities to improve the processes used to monitor, investigate, and resolve product quality issues.
• Share learnings and feedback with relevant teams to help prevent recurring quality issues across Tiqets’ supply.

What we’re searching for:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in operations or specialist functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience building Looker (or similar BI) dashboards and reports.
• Skilled at influencing stakeholders across all seniority levels to align on critical projects.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of your work.
• Thrives in fast-moving startup/scale-up environments with minimal oversight (nice to have e-commerce experience)
• Clear, concise communicator capable of breaking down complex concepts into actionable next steps.
• Living in the Netherlands
