About the role

The role will hold the responsibility of providing Technical Support to Kirintec and it’s End Users in the European Union (EU), provide additional capacity to Kirintec’s wider FSR team, and Technical Support to Sales and Business Development teams.

Domain knowledge and initiative are both essential qualities for this job.

You will be required to:

  • Provide high quality virtual and in-person support and training to Kirintec’s customers, primarily focused on Europe, deploying globally as required.
  • Maintain market awareness of products and technologies within the Electronic Warfare (EW), Cyber and Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA), Counter Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) and Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) domains to inform Kirintec Ltd’s Technology Roadmap.
  • Conduct RF surveys and create system mission fills in support of end users.
  • Develop EU related Technical Bid submissions in support of Sales/BD activities.

About you

You will:

  • Demonstrate expert knowledge in system and end user CONOPS.
  • Be a fluent in Dutch speaking (NATO Level 5)
  • Offer expert technical advice and guidance.
  • Minimum NATO Level 3 (Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing) in English, and German languages.
  • Have the ability to provide convincing technical submissions.
  • Extensive knowledge of system capabilities.
  • Appropriate product, operational and training expertise.
  • Articulate, numerate.
