Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage customer service operations in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service projects , with strong leadership, operational management, and client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of customer service projects.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate operational teams to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor KPIs, service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures, and client requirements.
• Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for operational matters.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare and review operational reports and performance updates.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth workforce operations.
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer and operational issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management in customer service projects .
• Proven experience managing teams and client-facing operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and manage KPIs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent Arabic and English is preferred.
• Must be based in or willing to work in Riyadh .
