Duration: 6-12 months Role Overview We are seeking an AI-Enabled Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Intern to lead our digital transformation and management reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate combines analytical capability with AI fluency to convert enterprise data into actionable insights, executive dashboards, and intelligent workflow automation. Working across Sales, Operations , Production , and Finance, the intern will develop ERP and other operational data into Power BI dashboards, live visualizations, and decision -support

reports, while driving AI adoption through enterprise platforms such as Claude , ChatGPT/OpenAI and cloud -based productivity solutions. This role offers direct exposure to

leadership and the opportunity to deliver measurable business impact in a fast -paced, innovation -driven environment.

Key Responsibilities Business Analytics and Dashboard Development

  • Analyze and structure ERP, operational, and business data into meaningful insights.
  • Develop executive dashboards, KPI reports, and performance analytics across business functions.
  • Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to support strategic decision -making.
  • Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and live reporting solutions.
  • Automate reporting workflows and deliver clear, presentation -ready visualizations.
  • Data Governance: Support management presentations, business reviews, and strategic initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and confidentiality.

AI Enablement & Automation

  • Drive adoption of enterprise AI tools to enhance reporting, documentation, and operational efficiency.
  • Implement AI -assisted workflows using ChatGPT/OpenAI and cloud -based platforms to streamline business processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Projects, and Production teams to deliver data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem -solving capabilities with the ability to interpret cross-functional business data.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with data engineering or business intelligence tools is desirable.
  • Experience in enterprise AI platforms, including ChatGPT/OpenAI and cloud productivity solutions, is an advantage.
  • Prior internship or relevant industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
