Loading & Unloading Helper / Warehouse Helper – UAE

Full job description

We are looking for hardworking and physically fit Helpers to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidates will support daily warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, moving, arranging, and handling goods safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods, materials, and products.
• Assist with receiving and dispatching materials.
• Move and arrange items within the warehouse or designated areas.
• Support drivers and warehouse staff during loading and unloading.
• Check goods for visible damage during handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and instructions.
• Perform other general helper duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience in loading/unloading, warehouse, logistics, or general helper work is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Willingness to work outdoors and during peak summer conditions when required.
• Candidates currently inside the UAE are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Starting Salary: AED 1,200–1,300/month, depending on qualifications and interview results.
• 2nd Year: AED 1,300–1,400/month, subject to performance evaluation.
• Company-provided accommodation.
• Employment visa provided by the company.
• Working hours: 9 hours + 1-hour break.
• Weekly day off: Saturday half-day + Sunday full day.
• Overtime according to UAE Labour Law.
• 30 days annual leave.
• Annual leave salary as per UAE Labour Law.
• Two-way air ticket for annual vacation provided by the company as per company policy/eligibility.
• For Loading & Unloading Helpers: AED 150/month additional summer bonus during the peak summer season from June 1 to September 30.

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,300.00 per month
