What You'll Do

• Convert qualified company leads into successful property transactions
• Handle buyers, investors, landlords, tenants and property owners
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations and viewings
• Negotiate offers and manage transactions from enquiry to closing
• Build long-term client relationships and follow up consistently
• Maintain accurate activity and client records in the CRM
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience
• Proven record of closed property transactions
• Strong negotiation, communication and closing skills
• Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi/UAE property market
• Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially minded
• English required; Arabic, Chinese/Mandarin, French, German, Italian, Russian or Spanish highly valued
