About the Role

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is looking for ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Real Estate Professionals / Agents to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, promoting property listings, conducting viewings, negotiating transactions, and providing clients with professional guidance throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and other business-development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and property investors.
• Identify clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties based on their needs and budgets.
• Promote and market available properties through various channels.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate offers, prices, and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Manage clients throughout the complete sales and leasing process, from initial enquiry to transaction completion.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and follow up consistently to convert leads into successful transactions.
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's property market, new developments, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales and leasing targets.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, viewings, and transactions.
• Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, business development, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent sales and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented.
• Confident, professional, and presentable.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi/UAE real estate is an advantage.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• UAE driving license and own vehicle are an advantage.
