Senior Associate, Technical Business Analyst, Institutional Banking Group Technology, Group Technology

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.  In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with technology squads, business stakeholders, and product teams to define, refine, and deliver impactful products. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with tech squads and business stakeholders to define, refine, and communicate product vision, goals, and roadmap.

• Translate the product roadmap into user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and alignment across the delivery team.

• Groom and prioritize the backlog of work for the delivery team, optimizing for value and alignment with customer and business needs.

• Manage and monitor testing execution and timelines, ensuring the satisfactory delivery of product backlogs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering products.

• Good understanding of backend systems, databases, APIs, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to assess multiple systems for troubleshooting, solve complex problems, and make sound decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating various business documents (business cases, requirements specifications, user stories).

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction with both business and technology stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently, proactively, and efficiently in a fast-paced and changing environment.

• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies.
