Job description
We are looking for an experienced full-time Store Manager (m/f/d) for our store in Frankfurt am Main .

Your Mission
- Taking full responsibility for your store
- Representing DIESEL as a brand ambassador
- Maximizing sales through KPI analysis and strategic development
- Motivating, leading, and developing your store team
- Recruiting and onboarding new team members
- Ensuring optimal staff and vacation planning
- Acting as a role model in customer interaction through excellent customer service
- Maintaining close communication with your Retail Manager and our Head Office
- Organizing store events
- Ensuring the correct presentation of DIESEL within the store
What Makes You Exceptional
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in retail
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Strong understanding of numbers and analytical thinking
- Passionate sales talent
- Solution-oriented mindset and approach
- Results-driven attitude
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
