## About the Role

FUGA is looking for a **Full Stack Engineer** to help develop, prototype, and shape the frontend architecture powering its music distribution platform. This role combines strong frontend expertise with full-stack development, technical architecture, scalability, and engineering leadership.

You will work closely with senior engineers, designers, product teams, and other stakeholders to improve the development process, create effective user experiences, and support the continued growth of the platform. You will also contribute to a larger re-architecture of the platform and help shape the future technology stack.

## Key Responsibilities

- Develop, prototype, and conceptualize current and future frontend architecture for the FUGA distribution platform.

- Contribute to the larger re-architecture of the platform.

- Collaborate with senior engineers to shape the technology stack and technical direction.

- Improve development processes in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Create clear and effective user experience journeys.

- Ensure the platform can scale with business growth.

## Required Qualifications

- Expert-level proficiency in **JavaScript/TypeScript**.

- Expert-level experience with **React** or comparable advanced React expertise.

- Strong knowledge of full-stack development with a **frontend-oriented** focus.

- Understanding of production build optimization for **performance, scalability, and maintainability**.

- Experience with **CI/CD pipelines and automation tools**.

- Understanding of **API development and maintenance**.

- Proven backend development experience with **Node.js and/or other backend languages**.

- Experience with **Redis**, including caching and distributed session management.

- Ability to address complex engineering topics such as **software architecture and observability**.

- Strong foundation in software development principles, including **design patterns, unit testing, and integration testing**.

- Ability to communicate effectively with designers and product teams and translate business goals into technical solutions.
