Investor Relations Associate

Role Description The Investor Relations Associate is a contract role based in Abu Dhabi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. This role involves supporting communication between YooKatale and current or potential investors, including preparing investor updates, presentations, and reports on company performance and strategy. The associate will analyze financial and operational data, track key metrics, and help prepare materials for fundraising activities, investor meetings, and due diligence processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to investor inquiries, maintaining accurate investor databases, coordinating meetings and events, and collaborating with internal teams to gather information relevant to investment decisions. The role also supports market and competitor research, helping to articulate YooKatale’s value proposition and growth story to private equity firms and other investment partners.

Qualifications

• Strong Investor Relations and Communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and professionally.
• Solid Analytical Skills and experience working with Investments, including interpreting financial data and market trends.
• Familiarity with Private Equity, venture capital, or other institutional investors and their expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced education or certifications are an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools; comfort with digital collaboration platforms.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Interest in food systems, emerging markets, or impact-driven businesses is a plus.
• Demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical and inclusive practices.
