Job Summary

We are looking for a Credit Sales & Office Coordinator to join our construction company. The candidate will mainly be responsible for preparing credit bills and quotations, monitoring customer LPO balances, coordinating with customers and internal departments, and arranging drivers' daily trips and deliveries.

The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and have good communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue credit bills/invoices accurately and on time.
• Prepare quotations according to customer requirements and company pricing.
• Monitor and maintain Local Purchase Order (LPO) balances for customers.
• Follow up on LPO balances and coordinate for new or revised LPOs when required.
• Maintain proper records of quotations, LPOs, invoices, delivery notes, and other documents.
• Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, LPOs, billing, and delivery requirements.
• Arrange and schedule drivers' daily trips and deliveries.
• Coordinate with drivers regarding delivery locations, timings, and required documents.
• Monitor completed and pending deliveries.
• Coordinate with the sales, accounts, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth daily operations.
• Prepare basic reports related to billing, quotations, LPO balances, and deliveries when required.
• Perform other related office coordination duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Preferred to speak : Hindi.
• Good knowledge in Transportation
