IT Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team in Riyadh.

The role will act as a key link between business stakeholders and IT , translating business needs into clear requirements and effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, prioritize, and document business and system requirements.
• Develop BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows .
• Analyze As-Is and To-Be processes and support process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement validation sessions.
• Support UAT, business readiness, requirements traceability, and solution validation .
• Prepare business cases and support solution assessments, gap analysis, and impact assessments.
• Support digital transformation and automation initiatives .
• Prepare KPI reports, dashboards, and business insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with business teams, IT architects, developers, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with business requirements and organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field .
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate IT, preferably within Retail, F&B, Entertainment, or Real Estate.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in UAT, business cases, gap analysis, impact assessment, and change requests .
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable IT requirements.

Certifications

• ITIL V4
• CBAP

Desirable:

• TOGAF
• COBIT
