About the Role
We are seeking Passenger / Ferry Check-in Agents to support offshore ferry operations for our ADNOC project. While marine-based, this role closely mirrors airport passenger handling — covering ID verification, system check-in, boarding-pass issuance, baggage acceptance/tagging, and overall passenger processing at the terminal.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify passenger/employee ID and details accurately against the check-in system
- Perform passenger check-in using company check-in software (Edgewater)
- Issue and print boarding passes accurately
- Verify baggage, print baggage tags, and coordinate baggage loading
- Deliver professional, courteous customer service to all passengers
- Maintain accuracy and composure during high-pressure, high-volume periods
- Follow basic HSE and security protocols at the terminal
- Work shifts including weekends and public holidays as per roster
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience: 1–3 years preferred in a relevant field
- Preferred Background: Airport check-in, airline ground handling, passenger services, ferry/cruise terminal operations, or airport customer service
- Computer Skills: Good computer literacy; ability to quickly learn Edgewater check-in software; working knowledge of Excel
- Language: Good spoken and written English (Hindi/Arabic an advantage)
- Other: Basic HSE/security awareness (ADNOC/port-specific training provided post-recruitment)

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
