We are looking for an experienced Hydroponic Farm Supervisor to manage our lettuce and leafy greens production farm in Ras Al Khaimah.
The ideal candidate should have UAE hydroponic farming experience and an Agriculture degree with strong knowledge of crop management, labor supervision, and daily farm operations.
The Farm Supervisor will be responsible for achieving company production targets while ensuring smooth day-to-day farm activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the hydroponic farm growing lettuce and leafy greens.
- Supervise and guide farm laborers to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor crop health, nutrient management, irrigation systems, and growing conditions.
- Plan and execute planting, harvesting, and crop maintenance schedules.
- Maintain production records and provide regular reports to management.
- Ensure quality standards and productivity targets are achieved.
- Train workers on proper farming techniques and safety procedures.
- Manage farm resources, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Identify and solve operational issues related to crop production.
- Support continuous improvement of farm productivity and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Agriculture or related field.
- Proven experience in hydroponic farming in the UAE is mandatory.
- Experience with lettuce and leafy vegetable production is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hydroponic systems, fertigation, and crop management.
- Previous experience managing farm workers and daily operations.
- Ability to work independently and achieve company targets.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Immediate availability preferred.
- Candidates with own visa will be given priority.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
