Assistant Store Manager / BOH Manager - F&B / Hospitality

Purpose of the Role Provide strategic oversight of store and inventory operations, ensuring effective inventory governance, operational efficiency, financial control, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee warehouse operations, inventory governance, and Storekeeping activities.
• Establish and maintain inventory governance, controls and procedures.
• Supervise Storekeepers and allocate daily operational activities.
• Review inventory movements, stock accuracy and reconciliation reports.
• Monitor inventory KPIs, consumption trends and replenishment requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance and operational departments to ensure material availability.
• Approve stock transactions and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards and HSE requirements.
• Develop reports and management dashboards for operational decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes and inventory management.
