Job description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Bodyshop Supervisor to oversee daily Body Shop operations, supervise technicians, ensure repair quality, and deliver vehicles according to dealership and manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities

· Supervise daily Body Shop / Collision Repair operations.

· Allocate repair jobs to Denters, Body Repair Technicians, Automotive Painters, and other workshop staff.

· Monitor job progress, productivity, repair quality, and completion deadlines.

· Inspect vehicles and ensure repairs meet OEM / manufacturer standards.

· Coordinate denting, panel beating, body repair, painting, polishing, and vehicle reassembly activities.

· Ensure accurate damage assessment and proper repair procedures.

· Monitor Body Shop workflow, job cards, repair estimates, and vehicle turnaround time.

· Coordinate with Service Advisors, Parts Department, Insurance Companies, and Workshop Management.

· Ensure required parts, materials, and equipment are available for repair operations.

· Conduct quality inspections before vehicles are released for delivery.

· Minimize rework, repair defects, material wastage, and customer complaints.

· Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and workshop standards.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe Body Shop environment.

· Monitor technician attendance, discipline, productivity, and performance.

· Train, guide, and develop Body Shop team members.

· Report operational issues, delays, technical concerns, and additional damage to management.

· Prepare and submit regular Body Shop performance and productivity reports.

· Ensure customer vehicles are handled professionally and protected throughout the repair process.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive
  • Previous experience as a Bodyshop Supervisor, Body Shop Foreman, Body Shop Team Leader, or Senior Body Repair Technician.
  • Automotive dealership experience is required.
  • Experience in an authorized dealership, premium automotive brand, or professional collision repair center is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of denting, panel beating, body repair, collision repair, automotive painting, and vehicle refinishing.
  • Good understanding of OEM repair procedures and manufacturer quality standards.
  • Experience with insurance repair claims, repair estimates, job cards, and vehicle damage assessment.
  • Strong knowledge of Body Shop workflow, technician allocation, and repair scheduling.
  • Ability to supervise a team and achieve productivity and quality targets.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict delivery deadlines.
  • Technical diploma or qualification in Automotive Body Repair, Collision Repair, Automotive Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
