Job description
About the Role
We are hiring experienced Life Insurance Direct Sales Advisors for our fast‑growing Abu Dhabi team. Only candidates with minimum 2 years of UAE direct sales experience in Life Insurance company, Bank, Broker or Financial Services will be considered.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years UAE direct sales experience (mandatory)
- Background in Life Insurance / Financial Services is preferred
- Graduation required
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi
- Existing good customer base preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients through direct sales
- Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong portfolio growth
- Ensure renewal premium collection and policy persistency
- Handle client queries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance standards
