Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent – Arabic Speaker role based in Abu Dhabi. The Real Estate Agent will handle property listings, conduct viewings, and support clients through the full sales and leasing process. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, advising clients on market conditions, property values, and legal requirements, and preparing necessary documentation and contracts. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and delivering responsive, professional customer service in both Arabic and English. The Real Estate Agent is expected to meet sales targets, build a strong network, and represent Roots Origin Properties with integrity in all client interactions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and practical knowledge of Real Estate regulations and practices.
• Candidates should possess strong Sales abilities and a proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Real Property concepts, including property valuation, leasing, and transaction processes.
• Fluency in Arabic with good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements.
• Previous experience as a real estate agent or in a related sales role within the UAE market is an advantage.

Pay: AED857.12 - AED14,941.60 per month
