As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Listing Agent to join our Secondary Market (Resale) Team in Abu Dhabi.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in Real Estate, Customer Service, Banking, Hospitality, Guest Relations, Automotive Sales, Retail, or Business Development who have excellent relationship-building skills and are eager to build a successful career in real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure resale property listings from landlords and property owners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, buyers, and investors.
- Manage and update property listings across leading property portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.
- Coordinate property viewings and support clients throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate offers and assist in closing successful resale transactions.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Maintain accurate property records and client interactions using CRM systems.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize listing exposure.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving individual and team targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Real Estate, Customer Service, Banking, Hospitality, Guest Relations, Automotive Sales, Retail, Business Development, or any client-facing sales role.
- Experience in listing acquisition or the secondary real estate market is highly preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven personality.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Odoo, Bitrix24, Salesforce, SAP, or similar software is an added advantage
- Experience using Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, or similar online marketplaces is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is is must
Preferred Qualifications
- UAE real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience handling premium clients, landlord management, or property listings.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital tools, and customer relationship management.
- UAE Driving License is an advantage.
