Job description
Pride Capital Partners invests in B2B software and IT companies across the Benelux, the DACH region and the Nordics. We have been doing this since 2014, from offices in Amsterdam, Cologne and Copenhagen, with a team of 17 investment professionals.
We invest in the lower mid-market segment with tickets from € 3M and € 20M. What distinguishes us from other investors is our unique combination of debt and minority equity structures. This gives entrepreneurs the opportunity to attract capital to realize their next phase of growth without selling a majority stake. We therefore partner up with ambitious management teams who are fully commited to the future succes of the company. For you, it means you will learn about deal structuring in a combination of debt and equity and working closely with ambitious management teams to realize value growth.
We back growth, acquisitions and management buy-outs, and we stay closely involved afterwards. A good number of our companies are on a buy-and-build path, so there is a steady flow of add-on deals to work on.
Where we stand today: 43 platform investments and 52 add-ons, 20 companies in the portfolio, and over € 225M under management.
We currently have 3 Belgian companies in our portfolio and have the ambition to further strengthen our market position. That is why this role exists. You will be based in Amsterdam and cover Belgium, which means you will be responsible for deal flow and deal execution in Belgium.
