Yoga Instructor

Role Overview Salayel Hospitality is seeking a certified and passionate Yoga Instructor to delivering safe, engaging, and professional yoga sessions that promote physical well-being, relaxation, and mindfulness. The role focuses on creating a positive and inclusive experience for participants while maintaining high standards of service, professionalism, and wellness practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct group and private yoga sessions
• Design yoga programs suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners
• Ensure proper alignment, posture correction, and safe practice at all times
• Create a welcoming and mindful atmosphere that enhances guest well-being
• Customize sessions based on guest needs, fitness levels, and health conditions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of yoga areas and equipment
• Educate guests on breathing techniques, mindfulness, and relaxation practices
• Coordinate schedules with the wellness / recreation team
• Uphold Salayel Hospitality’s service standards and guest experience philosophy

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certified Yoga Instructor (minimum 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a yoga instructor, preferably in hotels, resorts, spas, or wellness centers
• Strong knowledge of yoga techniques, anatomy, and injury prevention
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
• Calm, professional, and service-oriented personality
• Ability to conduct sessions in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working in luxury hospitality or wellness resorts
• Knowledge of meditation, breathwork, or wellness therapies is an advantage
• Positive attitude with a passion for holistic health and guest satisfaction
